Pursuing massage and bodywork was a natural development and a culmination of Melanie’s passions and discoveries. Having practiced Yoga for over 15 years, she began her journey by becoming certified as a Yoga instructor at the Seven Centers of Yoga Arts in beautiful Sedona, Arizona in 2009. There, she learned an invaluable amount about the body and the mind, the chakra system, aromatherapy and herbs, as well as Ayurvedic tradition and healing.

Manual Therapy Philosophy

“The mind-body connection is one holistic system and made up of infinite chemical reactions and interactions.  Stress and trauma, be it physical or emotional, manifest in very individual ways. In an attempt to re-establish some type of balance and move away from pain, many of us disconnect from our own bodies. I am dedicated to meeting clients at their own level and feel honored to assist in the process of wellness and healing.”
