Manual Therapy Philosophy
“The mind-body connection is one holistic system and made up of infinite chemical reactions and interactions. Stress and trauma, be it physical or emotional, manifest in very individual ways. In an attempt to re-establish some type of balance and move away from pain, many of us disconnect from our own bodies. I am dedicated to meeting clients at their own level and feel honored to assist in the process of wellness and healing.”
